We currently follow a strict “No Return / No Refund” policy. Here’s why:

  • Many of our products are limited edition, custom-fit, or automotive-specific — which means once opened or used, they can’t be restocked or resold.
  • We encourage customers to review product details, specifications, and compatibility thoroughly before purchasing.

All sales are final. So double-check your product selection, model fit, and shipping details before confirming your order.


♻️ Exchange Policy – We Got You (Within 3–4 Days)

We understand that mistakes happen — maybe you clicked the wrong variant, or need a different size or model. That’s why we offer an exchange window of 3–4 days from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Exchange request must be raised within 3–4 calendar days of receiving the product.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested item. If not available, store credit may be offered.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact us via Instagram DM or Contacts us by clicking here with your order number and reason for exchange.
  2. We will review your request and confirm eligibility.
  3. Ship the product back to us at the provided address. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
  4. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement item.

📦 Received a Damaged Product? We’ve Got Your Back.

We take packaging seriously, but sometimes courier mishandling can cause damage. If your product arrives visibly damaged or broken, we’ll replace it free of cost.

Here’s what you need to do:

  • Notify us within 3–4 days of delivery.
  • Share clear images or video of the damaged item (along with the packaging) via Instagram or email.
  • We’ll verify the issue and provide instructions to ship the damaged product back to us.
  • Once we receive and inspect the product, a replacement unit will be dispatched ASAP at no additional cost.

Important: Items damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or accidental drops after delivery are not eligible for free replacement.
